Rotating grill

The meat (mainly chicken) is fixed on a horizontally rotating skewer with single or double prongs. It will be grilled over charcoal or standing in front of a grill cage with glowing embers. This way the sauce bowl can collect the sauce that drips out of the meat while grilling. For pieces of meat (beef prime rib, filet cuts, neck of pork, fish etc.) a roasting grill is optimally suitable. The meat cuts are clamped between two grill cages and are not being punctured. The distance from the flames can be perfectly adjusted using the hinged arm.

Depending on the roasting grill, pieces of meat up to 4 kg can be inserted. The skewers and roasts rotate with 2 (U/min).

Large pieces of meat

Hanging grill apparatus

For very large pieces of meat like whole pieces of ham with a big diameter the hanging roaster is suitable. It is equipped with a motor and is fixed from the bottom to the top beam of the fire grate opening. The pieces of meat can be attached on three rotating hooks with chains at any desired height. Usually this works again in front of a standing wall of glowing embers and with the sauce bowl. The number and the length of the rotating hooks will be produced according to our customers wishes. The motor is located on the bottom of the hanging roaster and enclosed in a case, in the side wall.

The hanging roaster is also built with the free-standing grill devices 318 and 319 and is driven directly by the grill device. 317.64 and 317.84
