Barbeque Apparatus for rotating usage

Learn more about Barbeque Apparatus for rotating usage

The food to be grilled (mainly chicken) is fixed on a horizontally rotating spit with single or double carriers and cooked over a charcoal ember or on a vertical standing ember created in an ember basket. A sauce pan can be used in this way to collect the sauce that drips from the grilled food during grilling. A roast grill is best suited for pieces of meat (beef loin, fillet pieces, pork neck, fish, etc.). Here, the grilled pieces are clamped between 2 basket handles and are not pierced. The distance to the fire can be optimally adjusted with the swivelling and height-adjustable electric grill or with the articulated arm on the side.

Depending on the roasting grill, up to 4 kg pieces of meat can be clamped. The spits and roasting grill rotate at 2 rpm.
