Philosophy
Since 1950 the name Honegger stands for quality products concerning grill and fireplace systems. Our great experience combined with modern technology ensure a professional result, easy handling and – most important – enjoyment with grilling!
“You are the lucky owner of a fireplace or garden barbecue and you are expecting guests for the evening. You like to prepare a pleasant and cozy experience for them, which also brings joy to yourself. Such an invitation provides the grounds for a good atmosphere for the guests and the host himself. Being together around the fire doubtlessly increases the happy atmosphere. The preparation of tasty bites is something everyone likes to take part in, so the sense of community will be strengthened. Not only eyes and nose, also the palate will soon have their pleasure.”
In the 1960s, Albert Honegger advertised with these words about the pleasures of grilling by the open fire. Though the words might sound a bit old-fashioned they still apply today.

Already in those days people were aware that grilling meat over charcoal is healthier and more gentle than frying it in hot oil, in a pan. Thanks to the hot air the meat does not get burnt, the juice and the flavour stay inside the meat. Meanwhile the method of grilling has also reached the vegetarians, vegetables can be grilled to a healthy and tasty meal. The cleaning of the grill and all its components is easy to do, it fulfills the highest hygiene-standards.
Throughout the years we have continuously developed and extended our grill systems. Back then and today it is one of our major concerns to build and put together all our products custom-made for all individual needs – for professionals and connoisseurs alike!
