Independent Barbeque Apparatus

The free-standing roasting apparatus is placed in an existing fireplace. On the right-hand side, it has 5 drive sleeves that all drive spitsor roasting grills in the same direction of rotation. Behind the free-standing roasting apparatus are one or two ember basketsin which a standing ember of charcoal is created. Of the 5 drive sleeves, every 2nd can always be used.

There are 2 different widths, or spit or roast grill lengths, available. This is enough for a maximum of 15 chicken or 18 kg of meat. All spitsand roasting grills rotate upwards on the standing embers so that dripping juices are “wound up” with the heat. We have sauce trays of the correct length for both widths. The speed of all spitsand roast grill is 1.6 rpm.
