An Inox fire bowl Ø80cm with removable leg columns are the basis for all barbecue possibilities with 80 to 100 guests. You can grill flat or rotating. For rotating operation, there is an ember basket in the middle that can be used from both sides at the same time. Spit or roast grills are operated with built-in appliances or individual grill motors. The distance to the ember wall can be changed during operation. With 6 roasting spits, approx. 24 chicken can be roasted or with 6 roasting grills, up to approx. 36 kg of meat can be roasted. If only one side is used for roasting, vegetables or gratin can be cooked in bowls on the other side.
